Dijon

The enchanting culinary Mecca of Dijon is where you’ll meet your guides and settle into
L’Abbaye de la Bussiere, a medieval abbey and your luxury home for the first two nights.

Your perfectly tuned, top-of-the-line bike will be professionally fitted
specifically to you to ensure the best ride possible.

Gather with your newfound peloton over dinner to celebrate the
challenge ahead.

Gevrey-Chambertin > Clos de Vougeot > Nuits-Saint-George

From the Canal de Bourgogne up to the forest of the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, then
descend into the realm of the most famous vineyards in the world.

Stop in Gevrey-Chambertin to taste powerful reds, then enjoy lunch with winemaker
Christine Drouhin, paired with her own sophisticated wines.

Cycle through prestigious estates like Chambolle-Musigny, Échezeaux, and Romanée-Conti.

Magny-lès-Villers > Pernand-Vergelesses > Savigny-lès-Beaune > Beaune

Test your power on the first big hill before descending on tranquil roads towards
Pernand-Vergelesses. Brake for Crémant de Bourgogne and an experiential education break in Savigny-lès-Beaune with a vigneron, at his home.

Ride on to medieval Beaune for a well-earned lunch at a chef’s home,
featuring her inspired dishes paired with her favorite wines of the region.

Afterwards, settle into your home for the remaining nights, Hotel Le Cedre,
before strolling into town for the famous Bresse chicken.

Beaune > Saint-Romain > Saint-Aubin > Santenay > Chassagne-Montrachet > Puligny-Montrachet > Meursault > Volnay > Pommard

Explore the Hautes-Côtes and Côte de Beaune, pedaling into the charming hamlet of Orches and admire the Château de La Rochepot. Take a quiet bike path to Santenay, the southernmost wine-producing village of the Côte de Beaune, then spin through iconic wine towns, including Chassagne-Montrachet.

Indulge in a gourmet, wine-paired lunch at Olivier Leflaive’s restaurant in Puligny-Montrachet. Head into the quintessential white wine village: Meursault, and then onto Pommard, where the vineyards are almost exclusively planted with Pinot Noir grapes.

Unwind with dinner in a surprise location in historic Beaune.

Savigny-lès-Beaune > Marey-lès-Fussey > Comblanchien >
Aloxe-Corton > Pernand-Vergelesses > Beaune

Start the day with a tasting at world famous Maison Luis Jadot, producing Burgandy since 1826, then off to Marey-Lès-Fussey, admiring the glazed tile rooftops in a sea of verdant vineyards. A wine producer doing double duty as a truffle farm hosts your truffle themed lunch, followed by a pleasant descent into the village of Comblanchien.

Back in Beaune, refresh and visit one of the oldest wineries in Beaune. Then pay a visit to the Hôtel-Dieu, a charity hospital founded in 1443 and one of the finest examples of 15th-century French architecture.

Within the centuries old wine cellar at Joseph Drouhin, toast to your accomplishments—of body and spirit—and the kinships forged along la Route des Grands Crus with an elegant closing dinner.

Pommard > Volnay > Nantoux > Savigny-lès-Beaune > Beaune

After breakfast, say goodbye to Burgundy however you see fit. Take advantage of the last
few luxurious hours on hotel grounds.

Or go for a final spin through the Côte de Beaune and the classic
Burgundian villages like Pommard, Nantoux, and Savigny-lès-Beaune.

Your guides will see you off at the Beaune train station by noon.
